We're not a big rental counter or a franchise. We're a local, owner-run watersports crew on Candlewood Lake, Connecticut, the kind of people who know which coves stay glassy in the morning and which corner of the lake catches the best sunset.
Lakeside Watersports started with a kid who would not get off the water. Connor Kostyra grew up skiing and riding on Candlewood Lake, won the 2016 Candlewood Cup, and captained the Rollins College Wakeboard Team before coming home to build something on the lake he loves. From Echo Bay Marina in Brookfield, Lakeside grew into Candlewood's top-ranked watersports outfit: a MasterCraft Verified Experience Center that taught thousands of people to wakeboard, wakesurf, waterski, and tube, with a crew of lake kids who were CPR-certified, safety-obsessed, and impossible not to have fun with. Those years on the water are exactly why we know every cove, sandbar, and sunset spot on this lake.
